Growing a small business can be a real challenge. Capital Chips has been blessed with what I’ve always referred to as, “good problems to have”. This means that for six years we’ve been able to meet demand with the tiniest team possible. As that demand grows exponentially, the need to grow the team is an inescapable reality. Maintaining a healthy, safe, and welcoming work environment is the top priority in scaling. If you’re a kind human, an honest hard-worker with experience in food production, this may be a perfect fit for you!

With the addition of our specialty foods and gifts market in 2023, we’re now looking to add customer facing positions to our team. If you enjoy interacting with customers, have retail experience, and like the idea of guiding customers through the selection process in a locally curated establishment, please consider applying.
